About Me

Hi, I am Jayu. A freelance developer who writes every line by hand.

Based in Davao, Philippines and working with clients worldwide. I build websites the old fashioned way, with clean HTML, careful CSS, and a small touch of JavaScript. No WordPress weight, no template kits, no plugin chains waiting to break. Just code that loads in under a second and reads like the business behind it.

I have shipped sites for restaurants, exporters, resorts, and small business owners who needed more than a Facebook page. My job is simple. Understand your customer, sharpen the message, then deliver a website that turns visitors into inquiries, bookings, and sales.

My Process

A simple four step way of working that keeps you in the loop.

Step 01

Quick Chat

We jump on a short call or message. You tell me about your business, your customer, and what the website must achieve.

Step 02

Plan & Quote

I send a clear plan with scope, timeline, and a fair quote. Once approved, I start building right away.

Step 03

Build & Review

You watch the site come to life on a live preview link. We refine sections together until it feels right.

Step 04

Launch

I deploy your website on a fast global host, hand over everything, and stay available for two weeks of free fixes.

Jayu delivered a website that looks better than agencies charging ten times the price. Fast, clean, easy to update. Our reservations climbed in the first month.

FAQ

Answers to the questions most clients ask first.

How long will it take to build my website? +
A landing page goes live in one to two days. A full business website ships in seven to ten days. Larger custom builds take three to five weeks depending on the scope.
How much does a website cost? +
Pricing depends on scope. After a short call or message, I send a fair, fixed quote so there are no surprises. As a freelancer my rates are far lower than agencies, with the same level of care.
What technology do you use? +
Hand coded HTML, CSS, and a small amount of vanilla JavaScript. No WordPress, no Wix, no heavy builders. Your site stays fast, secure, and easy to maintain for years.
Do you write the website content for me? +
Yes. I help shape your copy so it sounds professional and converts. You share the facts about your business and I turn it into clear, persuasive writing.
Can I edit the website myself later? +
For simple text edits, yes. For bigger changes or new sections, I offer affordable maintenance support so you never have to worry about touching the code.
Do you work with clients outside the Philippines? +
Yes. I work with clients across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Communication happens through email, WhatsApp, Messenger, or scheduled calls in your timezone.
